4. Cancelled Orders: Once your order has been canceled, it cannot be reinstated. If you wish to purchase the same items, you will need to place a new order through our website.

5. Exceptions:
   - Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
   - Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
